RESEARCH GRANT
The grants in this category are intended to promote the study of the shared cultural heritage of Spain and the Philippines or the Pacific Islands, the articulation of the shared future of the participating countries, and the study of Spain, either historical or contemporary. The output in publishable form should be submitted to the Program by the end of the grant-year.


CRITERIA FOR GRANT EVALUATION

  1. relevance to the mandate of the program
  2. significance of the theme
  3. feasibility/ doability of work
  4. logistical requirements
    • For a wider reach of SPCC grantees, the average amount of grant to be awarded is 200, 000 PhP.
    • For proposals requiring higher amount, the decision to award the grant is left to the discretion of the Executive Committee basing on the project´s merit and proper justification of the cost.
    • A detailed and clear breakdown of cost estimate of the proposed project should be presented along with the application.
