1. Who can apply for a grant?
Individuals or organizations with endorsements from universities in the Philippines or Pacific Islands
2. What are the requirements in applying for a grant?
A completely filled out application form and a CV form with a 2x2 picture
- A completely filled out application form includes the name of the proponent, title of the project, objectives and significance of the project, itemized/detailed budget proposal, and university endorsement.
- A CV form should include two references.
3. Can a previous grantee apply again?
Yes. A previous grantee must have submitted his final output and financial report.
4. Where can we get application forms?
Get application forms in 3 ways:
- Get them from SPCC Secretariat at Instituto Cervantes in Manila, 855 T.M. Kalaw St. Ermita, Manila.
- Send a request for soft copies to spcc@cervantes.net.ph.
- Download from www.spcc.ph.
5. I am having trouble filling out the forms. Where can I get help?

- Go to Instituto Cervantes and proceed to Spanish Program for Cultural Cooperation Secretariat
- Call by telephone at 526 1482 local 110.
- Send your questions through fax at 526 1449.

6. What is a "university endorsement"?
A university endorsement is a non-financial support given by a university or college to guarantee the quality of the project. The university may also provide financial support.
7. Where do we submit the accomplished application forms and the supporting documents?
