Applications are evaluated by the Executive Committee once a year. The deadline for the receipt of applications is extended to June 5, 2010.

Applicants within Metro Manila are welcome to visit the General Coordinator to discuss possible improvements of the proposal. Please set an appointment through the Program Secretariat.



Other Policy Considerations:

• All applications must be typewritten and submitted using the official application and CV forms that can be downloaded from this site. If you have any trouble opening it you should e-mail the Secretariat at: spcc [at] cervantes.net.ph and a copy can be sent to you via e-mail.
• Only one application per applicant will be granted.
• If funding is to come from two or more agencies, release of SPCC funds will come only after certification from other funding source. Application should specify which part of the proposal will be completed using the SPCC funding.
